In order to improve the reliability and safety of power supply for schools, Acrel was commissioned to set up the smart substation management system that contained 147 substations of schools in Jiading District, Shanghai.

Challenge

In order to ensure the integrity and continuity of the data, we set a gateway in each substation to real-time collect data of the distribution and send up to data server with 5 minutes interval. If 4G network fails, the data will be stored in gateway locally, and recover to data server when the network returns to normal.
