General

AID Series alarm and display device is remote display and sound and light alarm device by using advanced fieldbus communications technology. AID Series alarm and display device have four models: AID10, AID120, AID150 and AID200. Products are classified according to the installation method and display. The device can be installed on the operating room or information control panel of intensive care unit, the medical staff can easily know the status of medical isolated power systems, and the type of fault when the system fails.

AID150 centralized alarm and display instrument adopts the LCD liquid crystal display and achieves data exchange with AIM-M200 medical intelligent insulation monitoring instrument through CAN communication interface of self-defined protocol, which can real-time monitor multi-channel data of AIM-M200 medical intelligent insulation monitoring instrument.

* Can read and display monitoring data and alarm information of insulation monitor in real-time by bus communication

* Can set the alarm parameters of insulation monitor remotely

* When the system fails, products can generate sound and light alarm, if you press the mute button, the sound can be turned off, but the corresponding fault indicator does not go out until the fault is removed so far.

Terminal Description

    Note: The 24V power supply can be connected by multiple copper wires of 2x1.5mm2, and the RS485 communication terminal can be connected by shielded twisted pair of 2x1.5mm2

    Installation

     

    Common Problems

    For common problems, the causes can be determined and the faults can be eliminated according to the phenomenon of each instrument and the fault types:

    Fault phenomenon

    Possible causes and troubleshooting

    The instrument is not lit.

    The 24V power supply is not connected well. Check the wirings of 24V and G terminals and rewire.

    Communication indicator does not flash

    In the system, the AIM-M monitor communication line is not connected properly. Check the communication line and confirm whether the matching resistance is connected properly.

     

    Note: If the above faults occur, interrupt the power to troubleshoot, and adjust the wirings until everything is normal
